Manager - Collections Transformation

Responsible to manage the design and create solutions for the collections process in the Finance and Accounting domain.

- Full ownership of the collections related processes and surrounding governance for day to day improvements as well as strategic changes in the overall design.

- To improve processes, guided by legal statutory and business policies. The aim is to standardise and provide processes that are both effective and efficient.

- This Role is the business system owner of all collections and related systems and is the approving authority of system changes and developments.

Candidate Summary:

- Currently in a Manager Designation, strong project management, PMO or Transformation skills with domain expertise in collections.

Skills:

- Collections back ground both voice and non-voice

- Collections system expert

- Project Management and PEX skilled

Mandatory:

- Willingness to work longterm from Manila but Mumbai and Pune candidates preferred to apply, all rounds in Mumbai

Graduation: Regular
