About our Client: Our client is a leading US Based Financial Services institution. They are well renowned for an excellent work culture and cutting edge work in the Collections Risk Analytics space. They are looking to hire a motivated and talented Risk Strategy professional as part of their Collections Analytics team.

Job Description: The role is based out of Gurgaon in Delhi-NCR. Some of the key responsibilities in this role will be:

- Develop and Manage new and existing Collection Strategies in order to optimize profitability

- Engage with the Scorecard and Risk Model Development/Decision Sciences teams

- Partner with Collection Operations and Credit Risk teams in order to mitigate portfolio risk

- Lead a team of Collections Risk Analysts and be the owner of a broad agenda that aligns with the overall Collections Strategy objectives

- Coach, mentor and develop the team on the professional objectives and their career development

- Manage end to end ownership of the assigned objectives including issue identification, problem statement, analytical framework and solution development, implementation planning and execution, control and governance as well as monitoring.

- Building effective relationships with the senior management team, functional business areas and Risk teams to ensure effective controls are in place impacting the portfolio

The Successful Candidate:

As the Successful Applicant, you will have:

- 4 to 6 Years of relevant Analytics experience

- Experience of working in Risk Analytics with leading Financial Services institutions

- Experience in working in Statistical Modeling (This will be an added advantage)

- Good hands-on awareness of tools and techniques like SAS, R, and SQL

- Demonstrated experience of leading a team of specialists
