Job Opportunity - Manager/Chief Manager/AVP - Resolution & Recovery-Leading ARC

We are glad to inform you that we have an urgent requirement with one of the leading ARC for following below profile:

Profile:

Formulating & Implementing various strategies to maximize recovery

e.g.:

Restructuring / Workouts / Turnaround / Sale of Business;

- Valuation of distressed assets

- Credit Appraisal skills

- Interacting and coordinating with the Company's Legal Counsels/ Advocates for litigation/other legal proceedings;

- Participating in Committees and other forums of relevance as may be required;

Understanding of the below Acts / Notifications:

- Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act)

- CDR / BIFR / SICA

- RBI guidelines on Loans & advances issued to Banks and FIs.

- RBI notifications to ARCs

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) / Masters in Finance / Masters In Business Administration (MBA) with Finance as Major
