Job Description:

- Export Vessel optimization

- Route management and gate control

- Cost reduction and Operations efficiency

- Contingency planning

- Managing import flow including hub dependency

- Manage annual budgets for the department and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses

- In-charge of Cargo flow Team & PAN India

- In-charge of MACS3 Vessel Planning system & PAN India implementation & Co-ordinations

- Checking all the services Arrival Baplie-Discharging Figures / Crane intensity

- Checking all the service BSR & comparing with allocations

- Inform HO regarding extra Teus/Wt requirements

- Advising Ops team regarding making AGW based on the allocation with Maximum TEUS utilization

- Daily reporting to a specific trade in HO with Simulation & BSR comparison

- Updating LARA Cargo Flow Tool

- Weekly Terminal Report

- Monthly agency Report for Operations & Cargo Flow

- All India Window Updating

- All India Window deviation report Updating

- Pan India Operation & Cargo flow Presentation for Management when ever required

- Monitoring the Cargo flow statistics/ Terminal specs & port cards updated by Team Members

The Successful Candidate:

- Experience of 7-10 years in operations domain from shipping industry

- Good Communication Skills

- Can withstand Pressure

- Good Analytical Skills

- Good with MS-Office Tools
