Key responsibilities :
- Execution of an attraction, assessment and selection process that is consistent with best practice methodology and meets design principles for candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.
- Management and execution of allocated key strategic initiatives and projects.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement(s) across all aspects and delivering key team training when identified.
- Attend on-campus events and activities as part of a whole of Group TA team approach to staffing on campus activities.
- Development and management of strategic relationships with industry bodies and universities.
- Ensuring that hiring targets are tracked and met with quality candidates, within required time frames.
- Building strong, credible relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Articulating a compelling employee value proposition to 'sell' the firm.
- Maintaining candidate recruitment management system (RMS) including distribution of correspondence and proactively producing reports and statistics as required.
- Delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the process.
- Facilitating information sessions, assessment centres and interviews.
