Profile : Manager - Campus Recruitment ( 7-9 years ) Financial Services

Client : MNC Financial Services

Role :

- Reporting into Head TA, you will be responsible to lead Campus Recruitment Pan India

- Managing recruitment selection process for target campuses and universities end to end

- Overseeing internship program end to end including recruitment strategy,selection and interview

- Career guidance and counselling

- Employer branding initiatives

As a successful candidate you should have :

- 7-9 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition with excellent exposure to campus recruitment

- Understanding of financial services

- Premier B school background
