Position: Manager Campaigns

- MBA or PG
Position : Campaign Manager (Direct Marketing)
- Responsible for conceptualising all Retail and CL campaigns for Agency
- Responsible for driving campaigns for expected result
- Monitor performance and review for improvements during the campaign period
- Responsible for managing entire R&R program for Agency (Including Giant Steps)
- Responsible for execution of campaign rewards (including domestic and foreign travel)
- Coordination with all vendors for marketing activities and execution of campaign
- Develop loyalty programs for Top producers
- Coordination with branches and all stake holders at corporate office
