Manager - Call Center Operations - Voice Process (7-10 yrs)
Key Performance Areas :
- Delivering customer experience through ensuring team performance on various parameters of interaction
- Drive Service plus : To drive the up-sell/cross sell through his channel and ensure that the targets are delivered
- Floor practice : To implement the best floor practices across the floor
- Training : To access and facilitate the training needs for his floor and skills
- Hygiene : To ensure that the basic Hygiene factors in terms of Floor adherence and Floor Index are maintained
- Engaged workforce : To ensure the productivity of each member of his team stays as per the decided parameters and that each employee is gainfully engaged
- Managing resources : To ensure that resources such as people, IT systems, and other equipment is managed well in order to deliver the expected result
