Manager - Business Valuations - Corporate Finance (6-10 yrs)

Relevant experience in business valuation, intangible asset valuation, multi-class equity securities valuation, Cheap Stock valuation and Corporate Finance

- Supporting project teams in providing financial consulting services relating to valuation of businesses, intangible assets and corporate finance related services

- Should be able to analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence experience

- Should have in depth knowledge of financial models and should be able to create financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed and get the team to deliver high quality valuation work products.

- Successful experience in overall engagement planning and job economics (e.g., deployment, budgeting, and billing/collections).

- Interacting with internal and external clients and communicating with Senior managers and Partners/ Principals and Directors (PPDs) in the United States

- Lead internal initiatives and practice management engagements

- Effectively manage risk associated with engagements

- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a team, including resolving issues, and starting to team across regions.

- Should be able to provide guidance to team especially in cases where troubleshooting is required. Should be able to train the team on new methods and processes

- Assisting internal clients on client development and practice development assignments

- Build client base with US senior managers, P/P/D’s, internal and external relationships

- Assume responsibility for the quality control and accuracy of client deliverables by supervising the work of staff and seniors

- May need to work on other projects

The key skills required:

- Sound knowledge of valuation methodologies such as ‘Discounted Cash-Flow (DCF)’, ‘Guideline Company’ and ‘Guideline transactions’ methods

- Sound knowledge of Accounting and Corporate finance concepts

- Relevant experience in Business Valuation, Intangible Asset Valuation, Multi-class equity security valuations and Cheap Stock/Employee Stock Ownership Plan valuation

- Sound financial modeling skills

- Familiarity with using the Internet for data research; hands on experience with databases such as Factiva and Capital IQ, Bloomberg will be a plus

- Ability to effectively communicate with managers, senior manager and PPDs in the United States

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Word
