Manager - Business Transformation - Salesforce Effectiveness

Position : Manager - Business Transformation (Salesforce Effectiveness)

Role :

- Drive key business performance transformation projects

- Partner closely with Business leaders and be part of cross functional teams for special projects and initiatives

- Provide analytical expertise/support in building business cases for strategic initiatives / investments

- One key area is Automating the Sales Process- to increase sales force effectiveness and focus on other sales automation areas like mobile apps, and other tools in the market which can help improve efficiency

Requirements :

- BE + MBA

- 4-7 yrs of experience in business transformation/ business reengineering/ business automation with exposure to exposure to projects involving increasing sales force effectiveness

- Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills and strict attention to detail.

- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills including experience with Microsoft Visual Basic (macros)
