Manager - Business Transformation - Pharma

Our Client : A leading Pharma MNC

Job Purpose : Independently partnering with the businesses to drive execution of the identified projects/initiatives, while displaying strong project management and financial modelling competencies

Major KRA's:

Liaison with the business leaders to identify, define & execute high impact improvement projects

Provide consultative process management and facilitation services to business partners during the course of project delivery

Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma Black belt projects

Leverage business context to analyze, influence and improve complex business models

Experience in Process Improvement / Process Excellence with respect to financial modeling

Required Skill sets:

Knowledge of Analytic tools - SAAS, Financial Models

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with five years of solid experience in the transformation domain

Experience of driving large scale business process re-engineering, business transformation & project management
