Manager - Business Transformation - Finance Domain

Excellent opportunity with worlds No- 1 US based MNC. Looking for Black belt certified/tested candidates with minimum 4 years of transformation experience into finance domain only.

- Reporting to the Assistant Vice President- Business Transformation, the 'Manager - Business Transformation' is responsible for managing/ mentoring high impact/complexity six sigma/ non-six sigma projects.

- Would operate independently as a strong internal business consultant for India & global operations, to identify, prioritize & drive business process improvement projects that create incremental value for the business lines.

- Partnering with the leadership teams & businesses to drive execution of the identified projects/initiatives, while displaying strong project management competencies, sound thought leadership, timely reporting of implementation progress and knowledge building project results.
