Candidate Profile :   - Interested candidates should be Full time MBA with 4-5 years of relevant experience in a Bank, NBFC or in Consulting space  Key Responsibilities :   - Review, analyse, and evaluate operations and systems.   - Meet with end users and subject matter experts to elicit project requirements. Suggest ways to create process efficiencies.   - Identify the process gaps and administer quality checks.   - Strengthen the processes from control perspective and scalability.   - Conduct evaluation and re-engineering of current operations and processes.   - Design cost effective strategies to increase the efficiency of the organization's operations and processes through changes in policies, procedures, organization structure and the application of enabling technology.   - Providing an efficient and effective management direction for all processes and activities. Introduce and maintain high quality standards with respect to change delivery   - Ensuring that an effective system of process change controls are introduced, maintained and continually enhanced. Create activity models and process models for the existing process.   - Deliver adequate documentation and arte-facts in line with industry best practices on process change and re-engineering.
