- An integral part of the job is to be responsible for ownership of Container Equipment

Management processes:

- Includes processes impacting Remote Container Management or RCM

- Proactive and effective in engaging the operations community across various levels and functions in HQ, LOCs and Country Clusters.

- Accountable for process designing or solutioning, defining IT requirements for systems pertaining to the remote container management processes.

- Accountable for evaluating or leading opportunity assessments in the RCM sphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drives implementation of strategic RCM initiatives within and outside the GSC sphere.

- Responsible for defining key performance indicators establishing Service Level

- Agreements and targets within the RCM processes and reviewing performance at agreed intervals.

- Continuously scan the external and internal environment to benchmark, adopt best practices & generate initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvements in processes to deliver a stable and meaningful business process supporting the business agenda.

- Define and Facilitate IT business requirements and related changes that support process solutions.

- Responsible for collaborating proactively with stakeholders

- Driving down total cost or transaction pertaining to the RCM process.

- Driving further elimination or simplification or automation and off-shoring of the RCM processes.

- Providing support to the execution teams on RCM process related queries
