Manager - Business Process Management (BPM)  Job Location: Mumbai  Travel: Internationally once in a Quarter  Are you someone with :   - Currently working as a Manager/ Sr Consultant in a Big 4  - MBA from a leading business school  - 5 to 9 years of experience in a Business Process Management/ Transformation role  - Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience  - Exposure to large transformation/ change management initiatives  - Highly Analytical and solutioning oriented  - Good understanding of the basic concepts and frameworks on Enterprise Architecture, Organization Design and Business Process Re-engineering  Would you be keen for a role where your responsibilities would be to :  - Lead International projects for strategy consulting/ finance transformation etc  - Manage stakeholders individually and provide solution development through detailed analysis, identifying mechanisms and recommending different approaches  - Enhance various GBPM tool kits which serve as best practices for managing and delivering change, enhancing service quality and scaling sustainable   - Identify opportunities for enhancements in the way work takes place, and build a business case for change to strengthen the delivery methodology, benchmarking against best in class   - Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches   - Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management   - Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources - Ensure compliance with our methodologies in project delivery  Examples of few projects :  - Location Strategy for setting up additional shared services centers in Asia and LatAm   - Assessment of Operating Model for group companies to optimize cost & improve productivity   - 3-year business roadmap for a North American group entity to enhance profitability   - Business process redesign for enhanced efficiencies and reduced operational risk
