We are looking for a "Manager - Business Process Excellence" for one of our fastest growing MNC client - Online Travel Agency Aggregator.

Candidates who have done Business processes Excellence, Process Re-Engineering, Process Improvements, Risk Assessment may please apply.

Job Description:

Audit Business processes with a view to improve efficacy and automate them if possible.

Proactively collect, collate and study Data points from all available sources of operations as well as support functions from all across the company with a view to prioritise improvements areas.

Set priorities and a road map to do the Business Process Improvements.

Do Market Research to see what competitors are doing and at the technology available to bring about Business Process Improvements.

Analyse all Six Sigma Projects and Kaizens in progress in Company and see what value adds they are bringing in.

Assist Quality Department to inculcate a culture of Business Process Improvements in all Employees.

Do Time Motion analysis of Key Employees to understand what improvements could be brought in to improve optimise their performance.

Organise Training on Process Excellence.

Undertaking special projects on need basis

Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancements and cost savings through Process Improvements and Process Automations and guide management how to deliver faster and better.

Preparation and improving Standard Operating Procedures on various processes.

Build A Leadership Pipeline in the Business Process Excellence Team.

Desired Skill Set:

Expertise of improving Business Processes of Online Travel Agencies is Mandatory.

Black Belt desirable.

Expertise at making business process maps, improving and automating them.

Expertise at Audits and Risk Assessments.

BPO environment with US timings or back end operations experience is required.

Educational and Work Experience

Travel or other relevant Industry Background is an added advantage.

10+ years of experience and 6-8 years of relevant experience

Experience with Big4 is a big plus
