Manager - Business/Process Excellence - Bank

We are hiring for one of the leading MNC banks, based in Chennai for the role of a Process Excellence Manager.

The Business Excellence Manager should have experience in the following areas -

Coaching and Mentoring Green Belts within the organization

Managing high impact process excellence/process improvement projects across functions such as Finance & Accounts, HR Services, Shared services projects

Spearheading Lean projects within the organization

Using project management tools, methodologies and principles for execution of deliverables

Leading benchmarking/ quality initiatives for various business processes

Applicant profile-

Certified Black Belt from a reputed institute/organization with a minimum of 6 years experience in Process Excellence

Experience in managing global projects

Extensive stakeholder management

MBA

Excellent communication skills
