Manager - Business Process Design - Resource Chemicals (10-12 yrs)

Consulting experience in :
- 10-12 years of experience in designing end to end Business process skills in the area of Supply Chain - P2P O2C/Manufacturing/Demand Planning in the Chemicals/ Petro Chemicals Industry (Atleast in 2-3 areas)
- Candidate should have deep functional domain knowledge who has been part of more than atleast1-2 ERP design and implementation life-cycle as a Functional design expert in the above process areas of Supply Chain ( P2P, OTC, Fullfillment) or OTC candidate, preferably to have CRM expertise with functional design capabilities across SAP - CRM or SFDC and for P2P, expertise in Ariba or SAP SRM process design and implementation
- Experience in setting up dashboards and BI layer to drive Value Analysis and Reporting
- Experience in driving ERP or Technology led Value Architecting or Value Realization work
- Working for IT Consulting firms like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, IBM working in the Functional ERP Consultant with Chemicals clients ike BASF, Dow Chemicals, DuPont, Akzo Nobel, Shell Chemicals, Lyondell Basel etc. desirable. Also the candidate can come from
- Strong industry/functional experience with sound understanding of Chemical industry value chain
- Process design skills as Functional consultant for enterprise systems like SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP R/3, SAP CRM, Sales Force solutions - SFDC and SFSC
- End to end Business Process knowledge across P2P or OTC as a Functional Consultant with expertise in Chemicals/Petro - Chemicals Value Chain
- Experience in designing CRM processes and solutions in SAP - CRM or SFDC - CRM
- Good Business and Systems Knowledge with
- Process design skills as Functional consultant for enterprise systems like SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP R/3, SAP CRM, Sales Force solutions - SFDC and SFSC
- Business Process mapping, process optimization and process modeling experience
- Overseas or MNC working experience
