Job Description :  - Understanding and analyzing Balance Sheet and financial data provided by Corporates  - Strategizing for raising / restructuring funds for clients.   - Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies.   - Making presentations at Seminar, Industry Bodies & Associations.   - Working closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modelling, business planning. Funding options includes debt products mainly NCDs to meet requirements of Capital as well as Project Funding and Working Capital.   - Establishing strong relations with Promoters / Management of Corporates / CFOs  - Motivating and Managing Teams to achieve Group business targets.   Candidate profile :  - 4 to 8 years of experience in the area of Corporate Finance, Business planning and financial modelling for new projects.   - Excellent hands on experience in originating mandates mainly in Debt Capital Markets   - Exposure to raise huge sums of Capital (Debt) to fund growth plans of the company   - Proficient skills on MS Excel and other MS Office Utilities, working in Paperless Environment   Key Areas of Expertise :   - DCM Origination  - Strategic Negotiations   - Financial valuations, Financial restructuring- options, strategy and process   - System and process Evaluation   - Strategic Market Research  - Financial Analysis and Business Model review   - In tune with movements in Domestic Debt Capital Markets.   - Preference will be given to candidates from Domestic Houses/Boutique IB firms/ CA firms
