About the Role

This role leads our R&D CIA hub in India, managing and mentoring a team of 2 analysts. This role will be responsible for providing strategic insights to our global sales organization and management team on key markets, competitors and prospects to increase our market share. It supports management on strategic projects to identify possible M&A targets or analyze new markets/geos or offerings to expand our business. This role has the ability to view the - big picture- and to work effectively across all geos and areas of Teleperformance, getting the best of his/her team.

Key role responsibilities:

- Lead RND CIA area. Develop, motivate and coach existing team of analysts

- Provide research and analysis, strategic insights on key markets, competitors and targets to support business development efforts in the region.

- Produce competitive intelligence analysis reports and analysis of key targets - Monitor key markets, competitors and targets identify opportunities or threats.

- Work on strategic projects

- Debrief internal stakeholders to gather and analyze intelligence.

- Oversee intel accuracy/quality following standard operating procedures.

- Produce different types of analysis and produce reports of the results for global and regional management.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, Math or related science subjects. MBA highly preferred.

- People management experience

- 3 years of experience in market research/business analysis fields (i.e. SWOT analysis, profiling of companies, market/industry analysis, competitive analysis)) conducting primary and secondary research.

- Experience working with financial statements and key financials/ratios.
