- Provide day-to-day Human Resources business partnering GENERALIST and employee relations for business verticals.
- Lead and leverage HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/ Reward Management and Talent Management), cross-functional communication and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the HR network.
- Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: selection, employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design
