Job Description:

Accountabilities:

- Financial Analysis, Consolidation and Reporting on all aspects of Global Business Performance & MIS, where Excom is the audience.

- Preparation of Global SKU level sales & profitability. Through analytics, driving the gross margin level profitability optimization for business globally.

- Detailed Analytical Presentation of Quarterly results for Board of Directors & external stake holders (Financial Analysts and Investors)

- Leading the Strategic (Medium & long term) Planning Exercise. Consolidation, preparation, analytics, presentation of the Medium Term Planning Exercise of the Company. On-going business partnering with Corporate Strategy team on MTP review and analysis.

- Specialized area of Forex MIS. Valuation and reporting of Fx exposures at Corporate level (covering trade related and currency related forex instruments & exposure).

- Strategic Decision Support: Deep Analytics projects. Financial & Business analysis to drive performance improvement in special areas as per the state of business/financial performance

Preparation of Company Level Performance Analysis:

- Prepare Monthly Performance presentations for Executive Committee (Excom), on quarterly basis for OPBC discussions. The presentation highlights the performance, key gap areas and Variance analysis for Top management to review and take strategic decisions

- Regularly adapt and revise the Excom report in line with the emerging requirements of Excom

- Prepare current Quarter performance and Quarters' forecast report and highlight key concerns
