Manager - Business Excellence - BFSI (4-8 yrs)
One of the largest Stock Market company in the world is looking for Manager - Business Excellence for their Mumbai Office
The ideal candidate needs to be a MBA from a reputed institute
- Influence and motivate the departments to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Advise, guide and monitor departmental Continuous Improvement projects teams on implementation of improvement projects to deliver quality results on time and with proper six sigma/pdca rigor.
- Help teams perform high level analytics using tools like Minitab on determining, monitoring and improving key processes maturity
- End to End project management of improvement projects and reporting performance measures to the head of the department
- Help improve project management discipline across departments and regional offices
- Motivate and influence to create culture of systematic process improvement and data driven decision making
- Lead, coach, train and mentor teams on Business excellence
- Help departments to create process control and management like metrics, monitoring systems etc.
- Guide teams in creating project collaterals and in writing excellence award reports including CII award position reports and analysis
- Help in analysing and reporting performance review reports of various teams on a monthly basis
- Help standardize the process mapping quality across departments
