Manager - Business Development - Warehouse/3PL (6-9 yrs)
- Candidates should have good knowledge of 3PL, Warehouse, Space Selling
- Experience in Warehousing Sales, Warehouse Management, New Warehouse Set Up/ Roll Out, Domestic Transportation (FTL), Secondary Distribution & Reverse Logistics, Vendor Development & Retention, Supply Chain Management, Customer Acquisition and Operation Supervision.
- To enhance relationships with existing customers and build new customer by ensuring that deliverables are achieved in terms of product deliveries, pre contract services, post contract service levels, complaint management and adherence to agreed system and procedures.
Managing existing relationships : Timely deliveries, complaint management, demand management, response to new projects, and improvement in service levels
- Building new relationships - target customers, customer acquisition, and actively engage with manufacturing for capacity and capability building to service new accounts.
