Key Result Areas/Accountability:   - Gather market information relevant to our domain and devise Business plans.  - Identify customers who are long term, revenue sustaining, profitable & scalable.  - Align with Organization medium term strategy and Business Plans.  - Develop short-term & long-term sales strategies including setting sales targets, pipeline.  - Identify client service requirements, analyze and maximize selling opportunities by establishing personal rapport with all levels of client organization.  - Oversee all aspects of planning and execution of end to end Business Development activities.   - Work on all phases of end-to-end sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations and contracting terms with clients.  - Work with Business Leaders for lead generation, cold-calling and demo delivery.  - Coordinate with Business teams and prepare Business proposal for new customer acquisition / existing customers.   - Ensure due diligence in new agreements (SOW, SLA, penalities etc).  Exp : 15+  Note Looking candidates only from Service Industry
