A Transnational Group operating in Financial, non-financial, Hospitality, e commerce, reality businesses in India, UAE & Australia is looking for Business Development Manager (SAAS based data analytics product)   Job Title: Business Development Manager   Location: Mumbai  Reporting to: Department: Sales Head   Brief Purpose of this role :   - Inside Sales and business development manager for SAAS based data analytics product  - Experience of around 5-8 years of direct sales is required  Organizational Relationship :  (Individual contributor or People manager role)  - Individual Contributor. Future role may involve People manager responsibility with growth in business  PURPOSE :  Manage the overall Online Sales from own SAAS based website  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Executes Sales targets keeping as per sales projections  - Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks; following up on work results.  - Has a domain- background and is proficient in either one or more of the listed domains  - Is able to understand the requirements of social media requirements in the listed domains- and plan sales pitch/strategy accordingly  Owns a region/domain/segment of sales strategy and is responsible for:  - Works with the Product team to identify and prioritise new product features for development based on business needs.  - Domains :BFSI, Advertising Agencies, PR Agencies, Research Agencies, e-Commerce, Airlines, Automobiles, FMCG  KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :  Achieving sales target :  - Customer satisfaction  - Timely delivery  - Regular new product and promotion updates on website  RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER ROLES :   (Relationship to other roles like finance, planning, projects, HR)  - Coordination with below departments  - Technology/Domain Experts/Sales Head  WHO DOES PERFORMANCE REVIEWS FOR THIS ROLE :   Sales Head  ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Keep track of competition and generate market insights to stay competitive and relevant in the market  - Listen to customer feedback and continuously enhance systems / processes  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION NEEDED :  - MBA preferred  PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE (Current & Past) :  - Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge  - Experience of around 5-8 years of direct sales is required  Experience with :Meltwater,Radian6, SocialKonnect, Sociota etc will be preferred  COMPETENCIES :  (For reference: Result Oriented, Influential personality, Market knowledge, Customer Focus etc.)  - 3-5 years- relevant experience  - Knowledge of Sales cycle  - Strong verbal and written skills in English  - Worked in Sales role in digital organization in any of the following domain  Domains : BFSI, Advertising Agencies, PR Agencies, Research Agencies, e-Commerce, Airlines, Automobiles, FMCG  Salary range: 10-12 LPA  Poonam 7666217351
