Manager - Business Development & Revenue Generation - Lifestyle Retail Category

Senior Role: 3P SELLER BUSINESS AND B2C

It partners with 27 national and international channels to showcase the brand. Over the years the business from third party channels has become significant portion of overall business. 3P sales and Business development will be primarily working to strengthen this partnership and look for more strategic alliances.

Expected Profile:

- Experience of 8-12 years with established brand(s) in Lifestyle Retail category

- Managing brands related to women lifestyle retail categories will be a plus.

- Critical experience in Brand and Retail Marketing is a must

Key Macro Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- To strengthen the equity by creating significant affinity among the prospects, existing customers and channels.

- To contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of a business strategy that maximizes the brand top and bottom line

- To own and inculcate a wholesome business view, for creating and implementing comprehensive brand and marketing initiatives

- To build motivated and high performing teams through the effective leadership and line management to marketing staff

Key Micro Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

- Works with the Managing Director/CEO and other Heads of function to influence the creation and communication of company and brand strategy, business priorities and targets

- Development and implementation of impactful brand strategy

- Conceives, implements and encourages brand innovations for ensuring the brand vitality

- Developing marketing strategy for new and existing products.

- Having partnership with Amazon,flipkart,Myntra, Styletag, Alibaba, Jabong,Snapdeal,Craftsvilla,Bag it, Ebay,Fashionara,paytm,limeroad etc. brands like Beauty Products,Apparels, jewelry accessories,etc.
