Manager - Business Development - Pharma (2-6 yrs)
Should have an experience with Pharmaceutical Company only.
Academic Background and Experience:
- The candidate should be a MBA in Marketing from Tier-1 B-Schools.
- 3-4 Years of experience, Pharma experience mandatory.
- Deal making/working in a cross-functional atmosphere.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive the deal making/partnering efforts, structure, negotiate, finalize term sheets and finally drawing up an agreement.
- End-to-end deal management
- Deal generation
- Business Case validation
- Ensuring successful launch
Key performance Indicators:
- Successfully running the deal making process
- Contribution to deal structuring, negotiations
- Strong BD network in the industry.
- Initiatives to explore new BD opportunities
- Strategic initiatives and closure within specified time lines
- Managing key milestones of the alliance and timely completion.
