About Pentaaleon:

Pentaaleon Packaging is a new venture, a sister concern of Perfect Packaging (www.perfect-packaging.com) and Pentagon Packaging. Pentaaleon has set up a state-of-the art packaging unit in Bhiwandi and intends to penetrate the FMCG, Cosmetics, Electricals, Pharma (OTC Products), Spices and Food Items etc. with its packaging solutions.

Pentaaleon is promoted by three partners, who are stalwarts of the packaging industry in India. Their first venture, Perfect Packaging was initiated in 1988, Perfect Packaging turned to a reality when three ambitious graduates got together to carve a niche in the packaging industry. Striving to offer the best products and services, not compromising on quality, the company, from a small entity grew gradually to a full-fledged organization in 1996. It was then, that Perfect Packaging set up its fully equipped manufacturing units.

With continued success coming their way, in 2006, the idea of expansion germinated, both infrastructure-wise and service-wise. This led to the setting up of Pentagon Packaging with a new plant, located in Parvanoo Solan, Himachal Pradesh. This plant caters mainly to the Phamaceutical sector and provides packaging solutions to several large pharmaceutical companies in India.

With the setting up of Pentaaleon Packaging, the group plans to extend its footprint to other sectors such as FMCG, Cosmetics, Electricals, Pharma (OTC Products), Spices and Food Items etc. The company is looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of Manager- Business Development . They have entrusted The Growth Factory with the task of filling this position.

POSITION: MANAGER- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Position Overview:

This position at Pentaaleon is an important one, charged with the key responsibility of penetrating and increasing the market share of the Pentaaleon packaging products in FMCG, Cosmetics, Electricals, Pharma (OTC Products), Spices and Food Items Industry. He/ She will directly be reporting to the directors or the CEO of the company.

Preferred Background:

- 3-5 years Sales experience in Printing and Packaging Industry.

- Candidates with existing enterprise relationships will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead/Inquiry Generation through cold calling and servicing them.

- Handling new inquiries received by the company through references & other sources.

- Organizing appointments with the purchase managers and key decision makers.

- Understanding clearly the requirements of the clients and taking the - right- inquiries further.

- Presenting the capabilities of Pentaaleon Packaging in a professional manner and with the help of seniors, proposing the right solutions to the client.

- Participating in Negotiation and closure of deals.

- Ensuring proper and timely execution of the order.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Building relationships with key decision makers & influencers.

- Building a strong sales funnel for Pentaaleon Packaging.

- Providing market information on competitor's activities/strategies to the management.

- Achieving business goals set by the directors.

Candidate Profile:

Age - 25 to 30 years.

Education - Post Graduation in any discipline, preferably marketing.

Experience - 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
