Role Description

- The Microsoft Business Development Manager will deal with Microsoft Volume Licensing programs and Products.

- He / She will report to the Head of Enterprise Software Business and work closely with Regional Presales Team

- Microsoft offerings for enterprises consist of volume licensing programs and products such as Windows OS, Microsoft office, Windows Server, Lync, SharePoint, SQL Server, Exchange, System Centre Suite, Active Directory, Dynamics, Visual Studio, Windows Azure and Microsoft Security Solution.

Business Management:

- Handling of Particular Region for Business Development of MS Licensing

- To achieve more than 100% Microsoft Booking, Revenue & Margin Targets assigned for the Region for MS LAR & VAR Business.

- Focus on generating new business across EPG, SMS & P & PS Focus;segment. Work with A/C Managers in region for target achievements on High Margin deals.

- Handling licensing / Pricing/ Product related queries on Microsoft Platform from A/C Managers & Maintain Relationship with existing customer across Regions and to generate new business.

- Focus on New annuity business like EA, Select Plus, Campus agreements.

- Should be able to make Licensing & Commercial proposals on EA, Select and MOLP as per the customer needs & Microsoft Licensing policies.

- Work with Microsoft Regional team on getting new business and work closely with them till the deal is won.

Customer Management:

- Build and manage partner/vendor relationships.

- Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflicts and participate in important negotiations with key customers.

Corporate Citizenship:

- Lead by example in following code of conduct, corporate governance policies, & other sales policies and processes.

- Abide by the law of land.
