- It has established itself as a leader in the test & measurement industry with products like Vega, Baton and Orion. BatonTM, Company's flagship product is an automated content verification system for file-based SD, HD, and mixed workflows. Vega family of analyzers is the defacto standard for Encoder and System companies the world over. Orion is fast getting established as the new-age content monitoring tool.

- All the products are backed by patented technology and robust implementation, leading to a world-wide name brand recognition. Sold world-wide through partners, resellers, Sis as well as direct, there are over 500 customers spanning over 50 countries. It is looking at expanding the sales tam further.

The BDM responsibilities would be as under :

- Direct sales as well as sales through resellers in the assigned territories / geographies.

- should be well versed with the complete sales process and will be responsible from lead generation to payment collection in the identified territories.

- expected to build a healthy sales funnel and close business based on assigned targets.

- managing the relationships to a healthy level, resulting in higher level of sales.

- need to understand the eco-system in which company products play, and work closely with technology partners and other ecosystem players.

- need to work closely with Application engineering group, marketing team as well as product development team, in order to do a - holistic sales- job.

- The job will involve extensive domestic and international travel.

- Will be reporting directly to VP, sales and business development.

Work experience requirements :

- Min. of 3+ years experience in an IT product sales role.

- Must to Know Japanese language.

- International sales experience will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of Video technology related services and IPs.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with the partners.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
