- Minimum 9 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.

- Good Technological understanding of Oracle suite of products in the middleware space
- The position will be responsible for an Overall Revenue Target of 8-10 Mil USD and will manage a team of 3-4 Sales Executives
- Develop Overall Business Development Strategy for the region in consultation with Sales Head and ensure implementation
- Monitor Sales activity of the team members, measure performance and provide mentorship / guidance.
- Also act as an individual contributor and take an individual revenue target and lead by example
