Manager - Business Development - IIM/XLRI/FMS/IIT/NIT/BITS (4-6 yrs)

Key responsibility would be to own the P&L of the region (Rajasthan):

- Business Development to engage with CXOs, directors, owners of transportation companies in the region

- Leading an Ops Team of ~20+ people to onboard supply for order fulfillment

Eligibility criteria:

1) Graduate from a Tier 1 under-grad school, MBA from a good B-School is an advantage but not a necessity

2) Prior hands-on experience of working in a start-up and building a business from scratch

) P&L accountability role- responsible for one / a few cities to began with & extend to expand.

2) Responsible for building adequate supply of trucks in respective city /cluster under the defined business model.

3) Increase tech penetration amongst business partners through training, hand-holding & high levels of engagement.

4) Meet business performance targets defined for business partners in terms of size of business, supply level & many others.

5) Ensure Adherence to defined monetarization plans as & when initiated.

Education :

IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (IITs, NITs, BITs, NSIT, DCE)

+

IIM/Tier-1 MBA colleges (NMIMS, FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI)

Min 70% marks through out

Years of experience : 4+

Personal attributes :

Strong team management skills required - especially to deal with less educated, entrepreneurial business partners.

English & Hindi Knowledge must; local vernacular language preferred in regions where important
