Key Responsibilities :
- Planning the zones and zone-wise addition target setting
- Team development and engagement, ensuring high performance and motivated teams
- Managing the key business levers like Supply Addition, Operators Earnings, Active Cabs, Driver productivity, BD & AM productivity
- Ensure that both internal and external customer related quality parameters are maintained and driver training is conducted
- Working with other Operational functions to meet Branch targets and achieve operational efficiency
Key Skills & Experience :
- Smart Personality required.
- Sales experience of at least 3-4 years in the FMCG, Office automation or Travel industry would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
- Good command on English & Regional language.
Qualification :
- Post Graduate or Graduate from premier Institutes
