Job Description:  - Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, community organizations and professional associations. Continually target, prospect and acquire new business through individual creativity and innovation.  - Create and implement sales strategies to maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.  - Strategically evaluate and determine the revenue potential of clients compared to the established goals of the group to ensure profitability. Develop a sales strategy by analyzing past, current and future market trends to capture the maximum amount of revenue and meet individual and group sales goals.  - Manage all the individual and group client account details so that all the important aspect of proposals is completed and documented.  - As a primary contact for customers; quickly, efficiently respond to customer issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects  - Plan and execute sales trips, sales calls, and site visits. Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the Group and review the competition reader boards to develop leads. Also, travel to attend trade shows, conferences and industry meetings.  - Interact with other managers to provide support to planning initiatives. Represent Group at trade shows, business functions, industry-related associations, and other events to promote the Group.  - Candidate is expected to have good knowledge about computer and selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills.  - Prior Experience of HNI Sales is mandatory.  Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development
