Qualification: BE - Mechanical (preferred), Civil or Electrical with an MBA from a reputed university.

- Should have exposure to international Market (preferably America/Europe/Middle East)
- Identify sales and solution opportunities, Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Consultative business development skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue/goals consistently
- Also it is essential that the applicants possess the ability to quickly pick-up and understand new technologies as they emerge.
Position Requirements:
- Should possess successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets with track record of generating significant revenue and creating a strong and professional sales organization.
- The individual hired into this role will be the Sales leader for the Engineering Design Service vertical of Magnasoft.
- He/she will take primary responsibility for significantly growing our revenues in the target industries by helping develop / refine our go-to market strategy and building a predictable pipeline of new business so as to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across the various service lines of Magnasoft focused on Engineering Design outsourcing services.
- International Experience in Engineering Design Service sales is preferred (US, Europe, Africa and Middle East).
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Entrepreneurial orientation with excellent Sales Skills.
- Good business acumen along with proposal making, contractual negotiations and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
