A leading telecom operator based at Gurgaon is looking for a high calibre professional with exceptional commercial and business skills to support its Global Business (GB), which is its B2B business spread across multiple Indian and International locations.

Role Description:

- To provide analytical support working in tandem with various verticals in GB to generate insights , opportunities and be the point man ensuring speed to all programs and projects

- Collation and Analytics for Global Business

- Conceptualize, develop and help in implement strategic initiatives in order to significantly enhance the business performance for GB based on Market Trends and Consumer behavior & feedback

Key Deliverables:

- Supporting decision making abilities of the GB Head by conducting detailed analysis on key strategic issues; conducting internal and external analysis and research to formulate strategic opinions and recommendations

- Construct service strategy with an understanding of customer expectations and market trend

- Review and monitor various key programs to ensure consistency with defined objectives and Support in implementation of best practices across Circles.

- Play a major role in specific enhancements of current business systems to meet changing business needs and priorities. Perform process, data, and business analysis as directed. Write specifications for third parties and internal staff to develop new programs, interfaces, and reports

- Support to identify root causes for KPI deviation and support in driving correctives. Responsible for overall supervision and ensuring final closure of the Annual Operating Plan

Major Challenges:

- The key challenge in this role is to effectively manage the diverse data requirements and associated analytics.

- Deal with Multiple Stake holders.

Requirement:

- MBA from a premier institute with 2-3 years of experience in a telecom company or a consulting firm.
