Manager - Business Analyst - BFSI (5-10 yrs)
Essential Candidate Requirements: (Experience, skills, competencies etc)
Essential Knowledge:
- Investment Banking experience in the operations / back office area
- Customer Reference Data - KYC/AML/Counterparty Fraud/MIFID/SSi’s/Credit
- Traded Market Documentation and Trading Agreements.
- Exposure to onboarding and client lifecycle management in an Investment Banking environment
- Knowledge of and exposure to Funds in terms of underlying data/domain model
- Experience of Pegasystems PRPC and/or other workflow and business process management tools.
- KYC process/workflow in an Investment Banking environment
Essential Skills:
- Confident operating and holding dialogue with senior management.
- Contributes to improvements through innovative solutions, approaches, products or services.
- Communicates ideas, views, and concerns effectively and respectfully and actively participates in exchanges of ideas with others

- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders (including executives, managers, and subject matter experts).
- Expert in writing business requirements
- Expert in process modelling.
- Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit
- Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively
- Comprehensive experience in CTB initiatives and full project life cycle
- Proven track of working closely with key business users
- Able to work as part of a team and independently under minimal supervision.

Desirable skills:
- Exposure and success working within a matrix organization model.
- Expert in VISIO and MS Office
- Business Process Reengineering experience - Lean Sigma
- Experience working with Customer journeys/Customer experience
- Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models
- Experience of working with various Development Lifecycle Methodologies
- Exposure to Agile methodology.
