The company also produces consumer electronics notably, Kindle e-book readers, Kindle Fire tablets, Fire TV and Fire Phone and is a major provider of cloud computing services.

Position: Business Analyst

Years of experience : 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Publish weekly metrics reports in order for business teams to take proactive actions to improve customer experience.

- Support Product Managers to develop comprehensive project proposals to improve the overall Experience for our customers.

- Provide support on long-term planning

- Support complex analysis and projects

- Support management team in metrics understanding and analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.

- Track record of managing metrics and improving performance with clients

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills (including proficiency with tools such as Excel and Access) and an ability to use data to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

- A bachelor's degree at a well-regarded institution in an analytical field (e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance)

- Master's degree at a well-regarded institution in an analytical field (e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance)

- Experience analyzing data with strong statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills. Proficiency in SQL

- Proven experience in identifying opportunities for business improvement, and defining and measuring the success of those initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

- An ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes using a hypothesis driven approach
