Requirement gathering and detailed analysis of legacy processes   b. Development of end state of cluster of financial applications driven processes and procedures   c. Remediation of end user reports to derive data using cluster of financial application.  d. Testing of end user reports in the - to-be- design with relevance to processes   Job Description :  - Lead discussions with appropriate stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood, documented and progressed via appropriate channels for solution.   - Work closely with Global process and Standards team(s) to ensure a - joined up - approach.   - Document - to- be- Process Models, identify gaps to Global Standard and pursue changes/necessary variants  - Take lead in Process transition and implementation
