The client is a large business house launching its Solar division, Head quartered in Noida/New Delhi manufactures and distributes Solar products from portable to large KW home systems, street lights, panels, inverters, roof top Solutions etc in India addressing the issues of unreliable electricity/Promoting Green energy/reducing CO2 emission among the rural/Semi Urban/Urban consumers.   Role : Business Development Manager  Location : Ahmedabad & Mumbai  Reporting : Role Reports to the Regional Manager B2B Sales Head in the solar division   The Role :   - The Business Development Manager, West will be responsible for building & expanding the B2B segment in west India comprising Lanterns, home solutions, Inverters, solar panels, Modules, Roof tops, KW Solutions. Someone who has done business in excess of 5-6 Cr   Key responsibilities for the role include :   - Operationalizing Sales Strategy by building the S&D network for B2B segment   - Forging alliances with Institutions both in Government & non government sector   - Developing and executing marketing campaigns to ensure massive penetration of products in the region.   The Ideal candidate :   - Someone with a MBA degree and at least 4-6 years of Sales & distribution experience in India ( West in Particular) and working with a Solar Companies/Electrical Appliances/ Products/Lighting product distribution catering to B2B segments   - Someone with a consulting mindset   - Proven record of meeting revenue targets and experience growing new/alternate business lines   - Someone who is relentless to build effective sales channels in an emerging product category   - Great communicator who Communicates clearly and captures the imagination of people   - Passionate about his/her work and driven by the need for achievement   - Comfortable working independently & requiring minimal supervision   - Someone who would like to roll up sleeves to figure out how to grow a high-potential business   - Someone who thrives off of building strong relationships both within the organization and externally   - Someone who is willing to spend at least 50% of his/her time on the road interacting with distribution partners & customers   - Someone with Engg/MBA from a premium institute is desirable  - The Company offers competitive salary & supportive work environment and opportunities for continued professional growth within a fast-growing enterprise.   Those interested may Call in at +918451801646
