Reporting in to : President   Job Purpose  To develop and implement a cohesive Brand communication strategy across all customer touch points so as to deliver a clear brand message consistently.   Key Activities  - Development of unique tone of voice for the brand which resonates the brand image and is appealing to the target customers at each customer touchpoint.  - Develop the annual event calendar in consultation with President Buying and Merchandising which covers:  a) Brand Building initiatives including photoshoots every season   b) Tactical Marketing for various periodical promotions   c) social media communication   - Working within marketing department budget to create exceptional brand experiences within the store as well as the malls where we are present.  - Development and implementation of communication strategies within and outside the company   - If need be appointing, co-ordinating with and monitoring activities of a PR agency   - Actively engaging with the customers on social networks, digital marketing sites and the corporate website in the brand's tone of voice.  - Closely interacting with Head Design and developing options for Season's Photo shoot themes, suggesting appropriate locations and obtaining final approval therefor including budgets from the President Buying and Merchandising.  - Supervising the photoshoots and ensuring the same goes through and all deliverables are met within the approved cost  - Ensuring all In store and In mall activities decided as per the Event Calendar are strategised and discussed well in time with and approved by the Chief Operating Officer and are executed flawlessly..  - Minimum of 10-12 years spent in Branding / Marketing   - Good organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines  - High level of interpersonal skills  - Experience in motivating, coaching and managing teams  Candidate will have to travel outstation as and when required
