Position: Manager (brands return)
Location - Bangalore
Objectives:
- Making return experience best in class for buyer as well as seller
- Corrective action for reducing the return
- Highly cross-functional role cutting across categories, policies, processes and product teams
- New launch readiness is established for returns minimization and reduction readiness
- A robust process for early warning systems for new mobiles launched on the platform
- Incubating strategic initiatives with brands to provide new service delivery models
- Driving profitability improvements in mobiles
- Candidates must have done BE/Btech
- Must be from FMCG/Consumer Durable industry
- Must have understanding of logistic chain
