Candidate:

- Looking for a BB certified or trained professional having good experience in process improvement, process reengineering, continuous improvement, change management, etc for Finance projects.

Job role:

- Role incumbent will be responsible for handling large scale multi process Finance projects in the organisation which includes approval of process reengineering, plan programe, portfolio management, continuous improvement, change management etc.,

- Should have good experience in lean methodologies and six sigma concepts.

- Should have good understanding of Finance operations preferably from a Banking set up.

- Should have high level understanding of risk, controls and compliances.
