Black Belt-Manager

BPO

Location-Bangalore

Needs to be Black Belt certified with good communication skills

Role:

- Work closely with Champion/ AVP QA and MBB in deploying Six Sigma & Lean

- Spread a culture of Continuous Improvement and data based decision making

- Drive change acceleration

Key Accountabilities:

- Deployment of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies across different processes

- Identify key opportunity areas for operations and drive quality projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness

- Formulate improvement plans based on wastes & variations identified during analysis

- Contribute and present in client/customer reviews/meetings

- Initiate & share best practices across teams

- Facilitate process base-lining during transitions and facilitate SLA adherence

- Deliver Six Sigma Black Belt projects, mentor GB and YB projects

- Embrace change and drive training on Six sigma to help develop Quality DNA within the vertical

- Spread continuous improvement culture and drive culture of data based decision making Contribute and Achieve QNS Targets

Knowledge/Qualifications:

- Graduate

- Six Sigma Black Belt certified - (Essential)

- Lean certification - (Desirable)

Special Role Requirements:

- Accuracy & integrity in data handling

- Ability to work with people and teams of diverse & different priorities

- Ability to present & address large teams and key stakeholders.

- Open to all shifts

- Willing to travel across sites & locations

Work Experience:

- Experience in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, tools and techniques

- Exposure to Transactional Quality, ISO Compliance
