Facilitating iQMS deployment and tracking the suggestions from the respective processes for improvement.   Leading process improvement initiatives for their respective process/processes employing six sigma and lean methodologies.  Identifying and prioritizing projects (opportunities) based on the client /process needs.  Involvement with client-related process improvement initiatives.  Analyse current situation (As-is), identify improvement opportunities and recommend measures (To-be) to re-engineer processes  Act as a Change Agent and work closely with Operation, Transition, Training and Clients to optimize Quality, Efficiency, Cost aOperation teams to obtain input of diverse views, facilitate generation of ideas, analyse operational risks (FMEA), extend support in managing client escalations (RCA)   Identifying, evaluating, and monitoring the use of new processes, tools, and technologies in collaboration with Delivery Assurance Group and Audit Compliance Group.nd Customer Value in multiple client engagements  Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers (both at On-shore and off-shore) to understand their pain areas--working to apply their insights to challenge and modify current approaches/ways of doing things.Lead through hands-on application of Lean tools to eliminate waste and execute high-impact process improvement projects in addition to Training mentoring and facilitation of Green and Black Belt projects
