- Candidates from Construction, Real Estate industry required.

Qualification: BE (Civil),Diploma Civil

Here candidates should have good experience in:

Job Profile:

- Verification of all contractors & Material Bills.

- Quantity Estimation as per Tender drawing and other drawings

- Keeping track record of all the running /final quantity of work done on site by coordinating with all agencies such as Contractors, Client etc.

- Keeping record of Quantity in Management Book.

- Verifying reconciliation of executed work.

- Coordinating will all Contractors, Consultants and Client for timely submission/certification of Bills.

- Approval of Bills.

- Candidates from Construction, Real Estate industry required.
