Total Experience: 6-7 yrs.

Full Time

Relevant Experience: 4 yrs.

Key Skills: WFM (Workforce management), data collection, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and analytics.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Analysis

- Providing Highlights of the reports being published

- Daily/Weekly/monthly Reports

- Forecasting - Staffing & Capacity Planning

- Documentation & Coordinating

- Develop MIS Documentation and SOP to ensure business continuity

- Coordinating with Internal Clients & meeting expectations

Innovation:

- Provide assistance in automation activities

- Simplification and Formula driven Re-engineering.

Reporting:

- Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS & Data warehousing.

- Generate and publish reports & dashboards accurately as per specifications and within TAT

- Collaborate the Reporting (revaluate the clients reporting requirements) and enhance effectiveness of dashboards & reports.

- Escalations & Accuracy - (Escalations -0%) (Accuracy-90%)).

- Team Management

Technical skills:

- Proficient in MS-OFFICE, Specially in excel -2010

- VBA code

- Six sigma certified

- SQL (Preferable )
