They provide Analytics, Risk & Compliance Solutions for their banking clients globally by bringing the right mix of Products, Solution Frameworks & Consulting expertise. Our client understands Banking and Banking Data deeply and leverages the latest in Analytics, Data Sciences and Information Management technology embedding Big Data, Mobility & Cloud capabilities to provide solutions to banks globally.

They invite applications from candidates with experience in Product Software Sales to Banking sector to join their team.

1] Experience Requirements:

- You have a deep passion about the Banking/BI/Analytics space

- You have closed new logos & built independent P&Ls & client relationships

- You understand the nuances & art consultative selling; separating the symptom form the problem, solution alternatives to solve the problem, identifying real, immediate problems vs. nice to have and understanding the motivations of various people in solving the problem, understanding the decision and sales process, negotiation & closure

- You have the perspective to map a client account, the key stakeholders, the opportunities that are present and translate this understanding into business opportunities

- You understand the Banking industry and/or BI/Analytics arena in a functional and/or technical capacity

- You are self-motivated and enjoy operating & delivering results in an uncertain environment, building clarity & structure along the way

- You have high levels of ownership & enjoy taking responsibility and orchestrating multiple threads to meet the goal/objective

- You believe Solution & Result orientation trump Process and Hierarchical structures

- You have the ability to rally around and involve the right people from multiple organizational pools and provide the leadership to meet the pursuit objectives

- You enjoy travelling and meeting different people from multiple cultures

- You have very strong communication and presentation skills

- You have a deep people and relationship orientation

- You listen as well as you speak

3] Other Requirements:

- MBA from a reputed B-school, ideally with an engineering background and some experience working in/with the Banking/BI/Analytics industry.

- 4-9 years of work experience in relevant roles.
