Looking for Manager / AVP for one of our leading client's in BFSI sector for Pune location with 5 - 12 years of experience . The candidate should be well versed in PMO Reporting , Project Management , SDLC , SRLC

Job Description :

- Identify the type and content of all reports, both custom and ad-hoc that are used in project reporting of Risk Technology program.

- Understand and develop insights into finance and resource management, and program management processes and visualise the value of reporting in improving project delivery, metrics.

- Identify and acquire the required data for periodic and ad-hoc reports

- Set up required data flows, excel spread sheets to create the periodic reports and as far as feasible use existing standardised templates.

- Migrate to the development centre, in a phased manner all data acquisition, report generation achieving functions related to Business Office reports.

- Generate metrics, Program Management packets (milestones schedules, resource usage, risks, slippages etc) and publish the same on periodic basis.

- Complete adhoc reporting requirements on need basis.

- Maintain excellent working relationship with Business Office data providers.

- Create and execute a road map of technology/ tools needed to automate the processes.

Job Specification :

- MBA finance from a good school.

- Good work experience in CAO / PMO organizations with good graduation record is also considered .
